Returns Policy

At DropGlobeShip, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please email us at dropglobeship@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for returning the item at their own cost to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
